Structure

The Governing Body was reconstituted on 16th March 2021, exisiting members were re-appointed. 

The structure for Governors meetings has changed for 2023-2024. The Board will meet 6 times a year for full Governors meetings and 1 Pay Committee. No smaller Committees will be held.

The Governing Body is clerked by St Helens Local Authority Clerking Services.
